Fix: Add missing callback reset in RE_InitRenderCB
This caused an ASan abort while looking into #101993. From what I can tell, the issue is that when you click the render button on the Render Layer node, RENDER_OT_render sets the callback. Then, when you hit F12 later, it reuses the Render from before, including the callback, but the corresponding handle has been freed already.
