Harley Acheson 4e303751ff UI: Some Icons Resized
21 icons slightly reworked to be a bit smaller. Icons like "solo", some
arrows including "file_refesh", etc are just a little large within the
bounds that they are displayed in. This gives them a bit more breathing
room.

Harley Acheson 42e7a720c9 UI: Add "Internet" Icon
Add an icon called INTERNET that looks like our current URL without the
mouse cursor, so it looks less specifically like a web document. So can
be used to represent other internet and cloud-based services.

Harley Acheson d7593c8845 UI: Multiple Interface Icon Additions and Changes
Additional icons for face corner, pointcloud points needed for general
usage. Unselected camera, view locked, and view unlocked for #111076.
Changes to mod_mask for #117467. pointcloud_data changed only for
alignment change. Running Update Icons also changed mod_explode.

jon denning 011327224e Transform Snap: nearest face snap mode, snapping options, refactoring.
This commit adds a new face nearest snapping mode, adds new snapping
options, and (lightly) refactors code around snapping.

The new face nearest snapping mode will snap transformed geometry to the
nearest surface in world space. In contrast, the original face snapping
mode uses projection (raycasting) to snap source to target geometry.
Face snapping therefore only works with what is visible, while nearest
face snapping can snap geometry to occluded parts of the scene. This new
mode is critical for retopology work, where some of the target mesh
might be occluded (ex: sliding an edge loop that wraps around the
backside of target mesh).

The nearest face snapping mode has two options: "Snap to Same Target"
and "Face Nearest Steps". When the Snap to Same Object option is
enabled, the selected source geometry will stay near the target that it
is nearest before editing started, which prevents the source geometry
from snapping to other targets. The Face Nearest Steps divides the
overall transformation for each vertex into n smaller transformations,
then applies those n transformations with surface snapping interlacing
each step. This steps option handles transformations that cross U-shaped
targets better.

The new snapping options allow the artist to better control which target
objects (objects to which the edited geometry is snapped) are considered
when snapping. In particular, the only option for filtering target
objects was a "Project onto Self", which allowed the currently edited
mesh to be considered as a target. Now, the artist can choose any
combination of the following to be considered as a target: the active
object, any edited object that isn't active (see note below), any non-
edited object. Additionally, the artist has another snapping option to
exclude objects that are not selectable as potential targets.

The Snapping Options dropdown has been lightly reorganized to allow for
the additional options.

Included in this patch:

- Snap target selection is more controllable for artist with additional
  snapping options.
- Renamed a few of the snap-related functions to better reflect what
  they actually do now. For example, `applySnapping` implies that this
  handles the snapping, while `applyProject` implies something entirely
  different is done there. However, better names would be
  `applySnappingAsGroup` and `applySnappingIndividual`, respectively,
  where `applySnappingIndividual` previously only does Face snapping.
- Added an initial coordinate parameter to snapping functions so that
  the nearest target before transforming can be determined(for "Snap to
  Same Object"), and so the transformation can be broken into smaller
  steps (for "Face Nearest Steps").
- Separated the BVH Tree getter code from mesh/edit mesh to its own
  function to reduce code duplication.
- Added icon for nearest face snapping.
- The original "Project onto Self" was actually not correct! This option
  should be called "Project onto Active" instead, but that only matters
  when editing multiple meshes at the same time. This patch makes this
  change in the UI.

Dalai Felinto 28240f78ce UI: Geometry Nodes Icon
Geometry Nodes (new) icon. So far we were using the generic node-tree
icon for geometry nodes, not anymore.

The new icon is composed of 4 spheres that is a reference to the
original pebbles demo. Scattering points was also the turning point for
the project (which originally was focusing on dynamic effects), and to
this day is one of the first steps for everything procedural such as
hair.

Note that the modifier icon is still showing as white in the outliner.
The alternative is to be blue everywhere.

Gilberto Rodrigues 49858bf526 UI: Fix outliner and buttons icons alignment
029cf23d71 changed some icons alignment, but after 9be49a1069
the icons don't align anymore. This commit reverts 029cf23d71 and
also makes a couple of other outliner icons left aligned, instead of
right aligned, for consistency and general alignment.

Julian Eisel 4def6e8072 Icons: Programmatically create indirect library icon, remove from SVG
The indirect library data icon was just a grayed out version of the
regular one. This graying out is now done in code, so the icon can be
removed from the SVG. Note that the icon is still defined as
`ICON_LIBRARY_DATA_INDIRECT` (or `LIBRARY_DATA_INDIRECT` in BPY).

Alessio Monti di Sopra 2cc56495f3 UI: Fix alignment for recently added/edited icons
The patch slightly modifies two recently added icons "FILE_BLEND" and
"CURRENT_FILE" to better align them to the pixel grid, and change the
design of "FILE_BACKUP" to avoid alignment and readability issues, as
well as avoiding the outline version of the Blender logo which violates
the official logo guidelines.

Julian Eisel 611e4ffaab Icons: Replace .blend file icons, add "Current File" icon
The Blender icon must not be used to refer to anything that is not
Blender itself. Using the Blender icon on its own to refer to .blend
files or the currently open file is a no-go, which was brought up by
Ton.

This does the following changes to the icon file:
* Add new "Current File" icon
* Change the .blend file icon to contain a file icon with the Blender
  logo, but not merely the Blender logo.
* Change the backup .blend file icon accordingly.

The new "Current File" icon is used in the Asset Browser, but
could/should be used in the Outliner as well. That needs more design
discussion though.

Gilberto Rodrigues 029cf23d71 UI: Fix misaligned icons
This patch corrects the misalignment of some icons.
Some of them can't be centered because they would look blurry, but look better if shifted to the right instead of shifted to the left.

Julian Eisel 1a427973b4 Fix incorrect icon .dat files after recent commit
Using `make icons` for 420f538fad changed some icons that it shouldn't have
touched on my system. Not sure what caused this, maybe a bug in the slightly
outdated Inkscape version there (1.0.1). Here on macOS the version is only
reported as 1.0 so I'm not sure what the situation is. Either way, this fixes
the icons.

Restore, in the source file, the FUND icon that was accidentally
deleted.

Nathan Craddock 452a1c7b38 Collections: Add color tagging
This adds color tagging to collections. There are 8 color
options which are themable in the user preferences, with an additional
option for no color tag by default.

This adds a new filled collection icon and 8 colored variants of the
icon that can be themed in the user preferences.

In this commit the only interface to setting the color tags is through
Python, and there is nowhere in the interface where the collections are
shown colored. Setting and viewing the color tags from the outliner will
follow.

Nathan Craddock 1de7717ed7 Outliner: new icons for sequences and contraints
Adds a new icon for the action constraint so the icon draws with the
constraints color. Also adds two new icons for sequencer meta strips
and duplicate strips for use in the outliner sequence display mode.

The meta strip icon could be used in the sequencer sidebar.
