Not quite a 1:1 match, some customizations have to be made for the API URL differences and the face that there are no translations.
This also enables the version switch publicly now that this change fixes a few bugs.
Since moving from the Wiki we have used the `sphinx_rtd_theme` which has worked well but has become a little dated and has had slow development. This changes to use "Furo" instead.
[Furo](https://github.com/pradyunsg/furo) is a lightweight theme that is responsive and has native dark mode support.
Dark mode is one of the major enhancements but this change also brings:
- Content is slightly larger making text and images easier to view
- Site navigation and page navigation is split into two navigation trees. The site navigation is on the left and page on the right if the page has multiple headings.
- Return to top button
- Content is centered on the screen which helps with wide monitors
- No more breadcrumbs
- Remove google analytics
So far the caveat that I have noticed with this is slower compile times and larger pages, this is due to the better sidebar navigation.
This change also brings a lot of simplifications to customizations that we made to the `sphinx_rtd_theme`. There is still likely room for improvement in the future.
Pull Request: #119684
Adding a scroll-bar to in-line lists has the down-side that it cuts
of text including warnings or notes that can be included, see: T87008.
Now enums are referenced [0] this is no longer needed, reverting [1].

In the future when we have a docs staging area it will be
important to change where this JSON is pulled from.
For now, always pull from the "Production" versions
This commit adds a version switch similar to the one on the user manual,
in the future it would be nice to refactor both of these into a more generic
code that works for both. Maybe develop this into a sphinx extension.
As part of this change I had to change how the blender hash is displayed.
Instead of the version hash in the top left it has been moved to the page footer.
This change will also be backported to 2.93 LTS, 2.93 LTS, and 3.0.
- Allow long enums to break early
- Allow long titles to wrap
- Colloapse hlist to few collumns if needed
This fixes a few of the bigger issues, some more tweaks are still needed
in some places
While not full width this gives a nice trade off between improved screen
use space and readibility.
The old value was 80 so this gives 25% more screen space.
